erm.. dont know oh, coz i still cant imagine how would it looks like
the second photo, 52% loading one, i think can do better, because at first, i thought that is crack on tv XD dont know, maybe my eyes got problem. and ur theme is fishing is it? i think so. But ur fish is not that erm.. attractive, and not that stand out. Maybe can make it look more colourful but then still look like they are underwater. wahhhh~~~ nice tv oh~~

6. For my 1st image of the design, it would be too messy on it. All the scene, the story part scene2 is the best, i more like it, it more clean, clear and attractive. The rest of scene , some maybe the background problem or maybe the real photo cant even terry the background.
page loading done…would not bad, but after u add in the real photo, it look weird. this all my feel and opinion

em…it will be a nice education website for kids..to know some story or history..
1) Can be improved. If you want to imitate a tv set, why not use images such as

If you want to go for the cartoon look, try something more exaggerated like
http://www.istockphoto.com/file_closeup/technology/6173263-retro-television-set-on-glowing-blue-background.php?id=6173263
2) It is slightly hard to read. Consider a cleaner font. Something like Helvetica.
3) Young, hip people. Everyone except senior citizens I guess.
4) Depends on the content more than the interface.

but i dun like %loading, the “52%” is not tat obvious. i know tat is because it was loading mode. but i think it can be better, feel like need some changing on it. One more, the fish in scene 2 is not obvious. so some may not know the topic are about you n fish.
